We are a busy, seasonal leisure business but we don’t need a full-time HR person. We have been working with Bex for over 10 years now. We very much consider her a partner to and part of our own People Team. We have a really experienced people operations team but when we have a big project to manage – we need Bex! She thinks of everything on the company side and people side and with all her experience and expertise she heads off problems we didn’t even realise we might have! She is super organised, gets things done, chases up what needs to be completed (but in a really nice way!) and takes the pressure off the team (and me!) so that they can do the day job.
