Well here we are – two years into my “new” venture – I have finally made time to launch my new website!

I don’t think that has ever been said of my advice and support (at least not to my face!) because I try and do things differently. My HR advice doesn’t just say no. It may even say – it is your business you can do whatever you like……BUT know that if you do it that way it will potentially cost you a huge amount of time and money because it is not right. If you do it this way though you will get to the same goal, but it will be far more effective and cost you significantly less. Outcomes focused, sensible, practical advice.
I have loved my 26 years and counting in HR. I am very passionate about what I do and making sure my services work for those that I support. No day is ever the same. I think I have seen it all and then BAM – I was wrong! Because every person is unique and different and that comes with millions of variations on how things may go!
I have worked and still work with some incredible people on some brilliant projects in some inspiring businesses. Every day is a school day to me and I learn something from every job I undertake. This is what you benefit from when you work with me as I share that learning, knowledge and best practice in all I do.
